2. Return Timeframe

Customers must request a return within:

  • 7 days of receiving the order

Requests made after the eligible timeframe may not be accepted.


3. Refund Process & Timing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a confirmation regarding approval or rejection of the refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Estimated refund timelines:

  • UPI/Wallets: 2–5 business days

  • Bank/Card Payments: 5–10 business days

  • COD Orders: Refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit

Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.


4. Exchange Options

We may offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect products received

  • Size or variant issues (if applicable)

Exchange availability depends on stock availability.

If an exchange item is unavailable, an alternative solution such as refund or store credit may be provided.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • Our support team will review and assist you promptly

Failure to report within the specified timeframe may affect claim eligibility.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), ATPATA may cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, incorrect order placed, etc.), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipping charges paid during checkout are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted and the order will fall under the return policy instead.
